1. Service and operator
CADALYX is a software-as-a-service product operated by the company identified below. By creating an account or using a paid subscription, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and using CADALYX only through accounts and workspaces you are authorized to access.
You must not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits or workspace security boundaries.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans provide monthly assessment and monitoring limits shown in the product. Subscription billing is processed by Stripe. Annual plans may still use monthly usage limits as described in CADALYX.
Plan changes, cancellation, renewal timing and payment-method management are handled through the billing flow available in your account. Prices and billing terms displayed at checkout control the transaction.
4. Intended use and acceptable use
You may use CADALYX for legitimate property, land, infrastructure, due-diligence, monitoring and related professional workflows.
You must not use the service to break the law, probe or circumvent security controls, scrape the service at abusive scale, interfere with other users, reverse engineer protected service components or attempt to access another workspace's data.
5. Property intelligence limitations
CADALYX is a screening and evidence-organization service. It does not replace cadastral, legal, planning, engineering, environmental, surveying, valuation, underwriting or field investigation by the relevant authority or qualified professional.
A CADALYX change signal is not proof of a physical cause. Source unavailability is not a Clear result. Confidence and data coverage must be read separately.
6. CADALYX UMA
UMA is an explanation layer over bounded CADALYX records. It can summarize or explain findings, evidence, provenance, confidence, data quality and timelines, but it is not an independent source of property intelligence and may not be relied on as a professional opinion.
7. Third-party and public data
CADALYX depends on third-party, public and authoritative datasets and services. Their availability, update cycle, coverage and licensing can change. CADALYX cannot guarantee that every external source is complete, current or continuously available.
Attribution, source identity and material limitations are preserved where the product records them.
8. Intellectual property
CADALYX software, interface, brand, report design and proprietary analysis logic remain the intellectual property of the operator or its licensors. Your underlying submitted data remains yours or subject to the rights of its original source.
9. Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve, replace or discontinue product components to keep CADALYX secure and operable. We aim for reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability of every external source or feature.
10. Responsibility and liability
You remain responsible for professional and commercial decisions made using CADALYX. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on incomplete external data, unsupported interpretation of screening signals or use contrary to the product's stated limitations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or suspended for non-payment, abuse, security risk or material breach of these Terms. You may cancel a subscription through the available billing flow and may use account lifecycle controls subject to legally required retention.
12. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator in Latvia, without limiting mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply to you. We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change; the current effective date is shown above.
